Laguna Mountain Environmental, Inc. is an archaeological consulting firm based in San Diego that conducts cultural studies for a variety of private, commercial, and government clients. Laguna Mountain provides a full range of cultural resource services in addition to specialty biological services. Incorporated in January 2002, Laguna Mountain is founded on more than 40 years of experience that Mr. Andrew R. Pigniolo, the President, brings to the company. Our full-time support staff provides an additional 40 years of combined experience in Southern California archaeology. Laguna Mountain's objective is to provide client satisfaction by producing the highest quality scientific documents possible. This is achieved by using our experience to conduct thorough and professional technical analyses, preparing comprehensive documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. We are a state-certified Small Business and are able to maintain low overhead, while providing the highest quality work in a very cost-effective manner.

Laguna Mountain is qualified in the City of San Diego, County of San Diego, and County of Riverside. Laguna Mountain’s staff has experience preparing cultural resource studies and other environmental analyses under provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), and other local, State, and Federal regulations. We work closely with our clients, Native American groups, and government agencies to provide the highest level of satisfaction for every project. Laguna Mountain has successfully completed more than 500 diverse cultural resource studies in the southern California region. We specialize in the identification, evaluation, and management of archaeological, ethnographic, and historic resources, as well as providing basic biological support to qualified archaeologists. |
